We are a First Choice Network Preferred dentist. This means that if you are a nib member, you may be eligible for some gap-free treatments or less out-of-pocket payment for selected treatments. We also provide various dental services at a set price so you can get the most out of your rebates.

CBHS Dentist Box Hill, Sydney

CBHS is a not-for-profit, private health fund exclusively for current and former employees of Commonwealth Bank, as well as their eligible family members. At U-Smile Dental Club, we are proud to be CBHS preferred provider, which means as a member, you may be eligible for NO GAP treatment for general treatments and a sufficient rebate on other eligible treatments.

Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule

If your child between 0-17 years, they could be eligibile for gap-free general treatments for up to $1,052 over 2 calendar years. At U-Smile Dental Club we accept CDBS. If you are not sure if your child is eligible, please contact us at (02) 9000 3829.

Pay for Your Dental Treatments with SuperCare
